Conference dinner

Nottingham Conference Centre, August 2010

The Multicomp 2017 conference dinner will be hosted at the Nottingham Conference Centre.

Reception drinks and dinner will be served in The Old Chemistry. The room features large ornate floor-to-ceiling windows that offer 360-degree natural lighting and a stunning glass vaulted roof with stunning Victorian architecture.

Join us for an evening of fine food and wine whilst continuing to network with delegates in an informal and relaxed atmosphere.

Starters

Chicken, tarragon and apricot terrine with red onion marmalade, toasted sourdough and baby herb salad

or

Leek and Cheddar fondue tartlet with apple and celery salad and chive yoghurt (vegetarian option)

Main Course

Shin Daube of Derbyshire beef cooked in a red wine and rosemary sauce with baby onions and mushrooms served with sweet potato mash and fresh vegetables

or

Mushroom, spinach and Stilton Wellington with gratin potatoes, roasted root vegetables, peppered spinach and a mushroom jus (vegetarian option)

Dessert

Dark chocolate truffle torte with cherry compote and chocolate sauce

Cost per head is £60 (plus VAT).
